Assistance & Support

Helpline

Easy-One is available to its customers to provide telephone assistance: in real time if possible or agreed with the customer by prior telephone appointment.

Remote assistance

Remote assistance consists in connecting via the network to the Customer’s equipment (PC, server, player, ..) and providing the necessary support without the need to go to the site and thus streamline time and costs.

On-site assistance

It is not always possible or sufficient to provide assistance by phone or remotely, so the presence of our operators on site is necessary after an appointment agreed with the customer.
